Our extensive construction experience and ability to use vast array of estimating format make our estimates easily understood by different users.  This knowledge is gained from:

• Working on projects ranging in scope from minor renovation to building a whole new facility

• Working on projects ranging in cost from a few thousands to hundreds of millions of dollars  

• Working with different owners and project team members

• Providing detailed estimates for projects ranging in scope-definition from high level concept phase with as little as single sheet rendering to projects with full construction documents

• Translating project’s budget to quantifiable scope elements to be used by the project’s design team as a general guidelines for scope parameters
